Kalbelia Folk Dance of Rajasthan

Rajasthani Kalbelia Folk Dance took center stage, showcasing the richness and uniqueness of Indian culture at Bennettswood’s St Scholastica’s Community Centre on Thursday 5th of November to raise funds for the first Indian ethno-specific age care centre project. The Kalbelia folk dance performances enthralled the audience with their intricate costumes, high energy folk dances, awe-inspiring history and through the cheerful demeanor of the dancers.


This event was organised by Rajasthani Kutumb of Victoria with the support of Confederation of Indian Associations of Australia (CIAA), Federation of Indian Origin Multi-Faith Organisation Inc (FIMO), Federation of Indian Associations of Victoria (FIAV) and Federation of Indian Music and Dance Victoria, Melbourne(FIMDV).
